TCG Compass – Terms and Conditions

TCG Compass is a platform designed to help trading card game (TCG) players discover local shops, events, and communities, and for shop owners to manage listings, share updates, and engage with players.

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App.
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email and password.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When using TCG Compass, we may collect:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Location (if permission granted)
• Preferences

Data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Shops may post events, updates, and announcements.
• Users may comment on posts and message other users only if both users follow each other.
• You are responsible for the content you submit.
• You agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates others’ rights.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

• Shop owners may purchase subscriptions to access premium features.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, an external provider.
• Subscription fees are billed according to the terms shown at checkout.
• All sales are final unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of premium features.

We may add new features in the future, including but not limited to:

• Inventory integration
• Deck list tools
• Analytics
• Enhanced shop listings

These may be subject to additional terms or fees, which will be disclosed before use.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the App.
• Use the App to harass or harm others.
• Post or transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Use the App for commercial advertising not approved by Axonsoft Solutions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

All content, branding, and design elements in TCG Compass are the property of Axonsoft Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of listings or events
• Availability of the App
• Content posted by third parties (shops or users)

Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonsoft Solutions is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the App
• Content posted by others
• Errors or inaccuracies
• Unauthorized access to your account

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tcgcompass.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
